The information on this site
The time ranges, the stages and the examples shown on this site describe the way we work and are based on actual experience. They are not a binding offer and they are not an undertaking as to an outcome, a timetable or a cost in any particular case. A binding offer is given in writing, after an intro call, and refers to a specific product and a specific scope.
The engagement
Work itself begins only after an engagement agreement is signed setting out the scope of work, the fee and the payment terms. The intro call is free of charge and creates no obligation on either side.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, design and structure — belongs to CIN.IL. It may not be copied or used for a commercial purpose without written permission.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and exclusive jurisdiction rests with the competent courts in Israel.
