Who is behind CIN.IL
Two business owners, not a brokerage.
Ofir and Omer Balachsan. We have manufactured in China for brands of our own, imported them into Israel and sold them here, and alongside that we run an advertising agency that markets products. We know both sides of this work from the side that pays for the mistakes.
- Ofir — the import side. Factories, procurement, negotiation and quality control.
- Omer — the brand side. Branding, packaging, websites, content and campaigns.
On every project, both of us are there from beginning to end.
Why both sides sit in one company
When you manufacture in China for a brand of your own, you learn quickly that the container is not the end of the story. It is the beginning. Good stock in a warehouse, with no name, no packaging and nobody bringing buyers to it, is not worth much. And someone who only handles the manufacturing cannot help with that, because it is not their trade.
That is why we do not talk like a freight company. We know what a full warehouse that does not move looks like, and we know what it takes to avoid one.
How we work
We say up front where our money comes from, including a commission from the factory where there is one. We show every quote we examined, including from factories that pay us nothing. We do not promise what cannot be known — the time ranges we give come from work actually done, and they change with the product and the season. And if something does not add up, we say so on the first call.
Part of the work runs through licensed professionals: customs clearance through a customs broker, testing through an accredited laboratory, and ocean and air freight through a forwarder. We coordinate that work and stand behind it. We are not a laboratory, a broker or an approving authority, and we do not present ourselves as one.
Part of FOLO GROUP
CIN.IL is one of the activities of FOLO GROUP, a registered Israeli partnership based in Kfar Saba. The group also runs FOLO ADS, a marketing agency, and Hair & Co, a house of hair-extension brands. The three are independent businesses that can work together, not stages a client passes through.
In practice, the group is the reason the marketing arm is in-house rather than an outside supplier, and the reason we have imported from China for brands under our own ownership before we did it for anyone else.
