Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: only what you hand us in the form, and only so that we can get back to you.
What information is collected
When you send the enquiry form, we keep the details you filled in: name, phone number, a description of the product, the stage you are at, and an email address if you chose to give one. Providing these details is voluntary and is not required by law; without a name and a phone number we cannot get back to you. Our reply comes by WhatsApp or by phone.
What it is used for
To get back to you for an intro call and to prepare the cost estimate. We will not send you marketing mail without separate, explicit consent, and we will not pass your details to a third party unless required to by law.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Enquiries are stored in the site's management system, with access limited to our team alone. An enquiry that does not develop into joint work is deleted.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising cookies and carries no Meta pixel. When Google Analytics measurement is switched on, it adds a measurement cookie used only to count which pages are read — it is not passed to advertising. A notice appears on the site at that moment.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, you are entitled to review the information held about you, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Message us on WhatsApp at +972 54-797-9824 and we will handle the request.
